Kenzie Compliments

Mckenzie is always full of very nice compliments, such as this is the best dinner in the entire world.  Being her mother is great!  So my favorite compliment of the day from Kenzie was while I was playing on the wii fit.  She said, "You don't look as funny when you do that as you used to."  I will take it as a compliment, but I will still keep the blinds closed while I have fun on the wii fit. :)

I guess I'm back from my blog vacation

I never thought I would go for the longest post contest,
but you might want to get a cup of hot chocolate.

Christmas Morning!
Why give her anything else for Christmas?

Elisa figured out the only way to get Bethany to open a present Christmas morning.  She didn't want do anything, but sit in the jeep.
Mckenzie is my little chef in the house.  She loves her cupcake baking kit.

This is what I-15 looked like the morning after Christmas.  How would we know?
We decided to go to Nathan  and Alisa's wedding in Oregon.   Yes we are crazy!
Yes, that is a road.  This is what it looked like on the way to the Medford for the wedding.  It was beautiful, and frightening all at the same time.
Medford, OR Temple
We are so glad we went to the wedding, it was beautiful and worth the drive.  Nathan and Alisa really are perfect for each other.
Cousins!

Elisa was so sweet playing with Bethany in the snow on her Christmas vacation.  I didn't want to send her back to school.

It's true boxes are the best toys.
I don't know where their boat is going, but I am sure it was a fun voyage.

What a handsome little boy!
Thanks to Grandma Hill we had a little tuxedo for Jason's baby blessing.

For Mckenzie's birthday we did what she loves most, bake!  She loved every minute of making cupcakes for her own birthday party and was very proud of her creations.

I am so glad to see that Bethany isn't wasting any frosting.

Kenzie's birthday party with friends.

Her friends had so much fun some of them stayed and played for hours after the party.   They were too cute.

This is what it looks like when a 2 year old finds a razor and slices up her lips.  Actually it looks a lot worse than this.  This picture was taken after I had cleaned her up and she had been bleeding for about 45 min.  It didn't stop bleeding for an hour and a half!

Recitals!  This is Elisa's and Mckenzie's favorite part about piano lessons.
It makes all those rough practicing days worth it.
